RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- With all tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your return.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We do not charge a restocking fee
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- We do not accept returns on final sale items
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please place a new order once your return has been approved.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
